The CTA's Advice and Information service covers the UK and is supported by national governments. We are the only organisation in the UK that provides an advice and information service on community transport issues.

The CTA has been part of a major problem solving exercise for volunteer car drivers. The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has now published a list of insurance companies showing how they treat volunteers driving their own car for the benefit of the community.
