Being Informed

The CTA is an association that gives you the information and advice you need

We believe that the quality of community transport services delivered by our members sets the standard for the way all public services and community regeneration should be delivered and achieved.

We see the CTA’s role as the provider of information and advice as a cornerstone of our activity.

Through schemes such as MiDAS we provide crucial information to help our members deliver the best possible services.

Our website, CTA Journal, our News Brief e-bulletin and our suite of other publications and online resources keep members up-to-date with the latest information on legislation, policy and practice.

We believe the best relationships are not just one-way. Through our events and online resources we encourage our members to engage with us and each other.

"The CTA's advice and information service, together with its publications and website, have provided us with the knowledge and support that have enabled us to keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and helped us to deal with many issues as they arise."
Simon Rouse, Tower Hamlets Community Transport
