Access11 Best Urban Community Transport Organisation
Urban community transport providers deliver services in highly populated areas where the concentration of need is pronounced. The CTA wants to recognise the best urban community transport organisation as one that demonstrates an ability to connect with its community to deliver effective community-led services in the modern urban environment. Judges will be looking for clear evidence of the winners’ understanding of how transport can deliver community development.

Ratcliff Palfinger have been providing accessible lifts for community transport for over 45 years. During the past two years we introduced two new lift ranges with larger platforms and higher capacities to meet today’s needs. Based on our popular, user friendly underfloor lifts, the RUL35A has a lifting capacity of 350kg with a choice of four platform sizes. The RTP50, first of a new range of fully automatic inboard lifts, has a lifting capacity of 500kg. The large vertical split or one-piece platform is 900mm wide x 1350mm or 1500mm deep. Ratcliff Palfinger are delighted to be sponsoring the award for the Best Urban Community Transport Organisation.
