In partnership with Bates Wells & Braithwaite – a leading charity and social enterprise legal practice who have advised the CTA on its governance and advised community transport organisations on many legal matters - the CTA has arranged two one-day seminars. The first, to be held on 23rd September, will focus on employment law, safeguarding vulnerable groups and understanding and negotiating contracts. This event provides trustees, directors and managers of community transport organisations with an ideal opportunity to ensure you are aware of the latest legal position on matters affecting your organisation. This event is limited to 40 delegates.

- Ensure your knowledge is up-to-date on legislation relevant to charities, social enterprises and other types of organisation

Cost is £40 for members of the CTA and £80 for non-members. A sandwich lunch is included.
