The CTA announces its 2010 programme of road-shows in the English regions

The CTA is pleased to announce its 2010 programme of road-shows covering each of the eight English regions and London.  Over 850 people have attended our road-shows over the past two years and for 2010 we have extended the programme to include an additional event in London.  The road-shows are one of the CTA’s most effective ways of engaging with our members, local authorities and with everyone involved in the third sector who delivers any form of road-based passenger transport. As well as a thought provoking agenda which includes a varied range of presentations and discussion sessions, the road-shows will also afford delegates the opportunity to raise issues of their own with CTA staff and trustees and, most importantly, to network with other delegates.  Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch will be provided.

Each road-show will run from 10:30 until 15:30 on the following dates:

• Thursday 20^th May:              Halifax

• Tuesday 8^th June:                Lancaster
• Thursday 17^th June:            Guildford
• Tuesday 22^nd June:             Lincoln (Lincoln Drill Hall, Freeschool Lane, Lincoln LN2 1EY)

                                                          Costs and booking arrangements

In order to cover catering and venue costs, the following delegate charges apply:

• Third sector delegates (CTA members):               Free 
• Third sector delegates (non-members):               Free
• Local authority and public sector delegates:        Free
• Commercial company delegates:                          £50 * #
• Exhibitors:                                                                    £150 ** #

NOTE:  All prices are exclusive of VAT.

*           Commercial company delegate rate includes a delegate pack insert.

**         Exhibitor rate includes a display area for banner stand or equipment, a delegate pack insert, inclusion of logo on the CTA website and entry for two staff.

#          Discounts are available for commercial companies and exhibitors who wish to attend more than one of the road-shows.
