CTA State of the Sector Reports

Understanding the scope, impact and requirements of the community transport sector is vital if operators, policy makers and funders are to work in partnership to meet the needs of local communities.  The CTA is continually working to improve its intelligence and building an increasingly robust evidence base across the UK with the aims of: 

  •   Better understanding the nature, needs and scope of the community transport sector and its
      users;
  •   Demonstrating the impact of the sector to policy makers and funders;
  •   Informing the discussion on transport policy and practice;
  •   Supporting its members and community transport organisations in strengthening their operations.
