Quality Assurance:

CPC Trainers have to inform the CTA of all the courses they will be delivering and the venue at least two weeks before the course is due to take place so that the CTA Training Team can vet the training premises if needed and arrange spot checks if required.

Following training every driver must be given a feedback form.  Completed forms must be returned to the CTA for monitoring purposes.  If there are any concerns with the feedback received CTA will take action against the trainer; either written communication, a spot check on the next course or if appropriate removal from the trainers list.

The CTA Training Team will perform random spot checks to ensure that the training, premises and administration is all to a high standard.
